About The International Conference

Welcome to the official website of the International Conference on Law, Environment, and Governance (ICOLEG 2025), organized by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Diponegoro. Following the success of previous conferences, ICOLEG 2025 will be held on June 3-4, 2025. The Faculty of Law, Universitas Diponegoro, organizes this biennial conference as a platform to exchange ideas and experiences on pressing legal, environmental, and governance issues.

This year’s conference adopts the theme “Progressive Law and Sustainable Development Goals: A Catalyst for Environmental Justice in Global Uncertainty” and invites speakers with international reputations. It also opens a call for papers to national and international law lecturers, undergraduate and postgraduate students, practitioners, government officials, and environmental activists or NGO staff. The discussions will focus on three major topics:

• Environmental Law, Economic, and Governance
• Environmental Justice and Progressive Law
• Climate Action in Global Uncertainty

You are cordially invited to participate in ICOLEG 2025 by submitting your papers and sharing your ideas on the theme. We hope this conference will serve as a valuable academic forum for dialogue among scholars, professionals, NGOs, and other stakeholders to address critical environmental challenges.
